At Bubbles Don’t Count, we understand that plans can change—and we strive to accommodate our guests while maintaining fairness to our small team and winery partners. The following policy applies to all bookings made through our website or booking partners.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to your scheduled tour date are eligible for a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee per guest.

Cancellations made fewer than 10 days prior to the tour are non-refundable. This is because our tours are limited to 6 guests and last-minute cancellations significantly impact our small-group operations.

No-shows will be charged in full.
Changing Your Booking
If you need to reschedule or make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee availability on alternative dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
To request a change or cancellation, simply reply to your confirmation email or contact us directly at info@bubblesdontcount.com.
Weather & Operational Exceptions
Tours run rain or shine. In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle issues or severe weather warnings), guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Promotional Bookings
Bookings made using a promotion are non-refundable but may be transferable. Please contact us to discuss rebooking options.
